RENTAL CONDITIONS<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\r\n

<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/b>PAYMENT<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\r\n

To confirm the reservation, it is required to pay 50%<\/b> of the rental amount at the time of receiving the request and the rest in cash upon delivery of the keys, or by bank transfer one week before arrival or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Checks are not accepted.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

<\/o:p><\/span><\/i>The deposit must be made within\u00a07 days<\/b> after receipt of the request. If during this period the deposit is not received, the reservation will be automatically canceled.<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

Water, electricity and gas are included in the rental price. In case the house with private garden and pool, the rental price also includes maintenance of the garden and the pool.<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/i>CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/b>The cancellation will be sent in writing to \"Cales Begur Serveis Immobiliaris\" by email to calesbegur@calesbegur.com.<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

If cancellation is received 45 to 60 days<\/b> before arrival, 50%<\/b> of the deposit will be returned to the tenant.<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

If the cancellation is 30 to 60 days<\/b> before arrival, 25%<\/b> of the deposit date will be returned to the tenant<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

If the cancellation is received 30 days<\/b> before the date of arrival, the tenant will lose the deposit.<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/i>*There is no cancellation policy related to covid 19 and any other circumstances for our clients. Our recommendation is that you have trip cancellation insurance that covers unforeseen events.<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/i>DEPOSIT<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/b>Upon handing over the keys, the tenant will give a credit card number and pre-authorise the sum of 300\u20ac euros, in the case of the apartments, or 500\u20ac euros if it is a house. This amount will be paid as a deposit to cover any damage that may be caused to objects, furniture, etc. This amount will be refunded the tenant\u2019s departure once the inspection and inventory has been completed once the inspection and inventory has been completed.<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/b>Bath towels and bed linen are included. If the stay is under 7 days it will have an additional cost of 60\u20ac<\/b> for cleaning and linen<\/o:p><\/b><\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/b>The houses built under this contract may in no case be occupied by a number greater than that indicated in the tenants, unless they consult \"Cales Begur Serveis Immobiliaris\"<\/b> and agree. If necessary, \"Cales Begur Serveis Immobiliaris\"<\/b> may deny access to the facilities. In the vicinity of rented house, there may be street maintenance, noise, etc. Cales Begur Serveis Immobiliaris is not responsible for this inconvenience, since we do not have the power to end the annoying activities resulting from this work.<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/i>TOURIST TAX<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/b>Law 5\/2017, of March 28, on fiscal, financial and administrative measures has created a new tax on stays in tourist establishments of the Parliament of Catalonia. The amount of Cales Begur Serveis Immobiliaris is \u20ac 1 per night<\/b>, maximum 7 days and for people over 16 years. The arrival day will be paid in cash.<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\r\n

    • The cancellation will be sent in writing to “Cales Begur Serveis Immobiliaris” by email to calesbegur@calesbegur.com.<\/li>\n
    • If cancellation is received 60 days<\/strong> before arrival, 95%<\/strong> of the deposit will be returned to the tenant.<\/li>\n
    • If the cancellation is 30 to 60 days<\/strong> before arrival, 80%<\/strong> of the deposit date will be returned to the tenant<\/li>\n
    • If the cancellation is 15 to 30 days<\/strong> before arrival, 50%<\/strong> of the deposit date will be returned to the tenant.<\/li>\n
    • If the cancellation is received 15 days<\/strong> before the date of arrival, the tenant will lose the deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      * There is no cancellation policy related to Covid-19 since all the information changes from day to day.
